Terms and Conditions
1. Munchotella Service
Munchotella offers ordering and home delivery services for waffles, drinks, and other food items from its own menu within Chisinau.
2. Placing an Order
By completing the order, the customer confirms that the data provided is correct. Product images are for presentation purposes and there may be slight differences from the final delivered product.
3. Payment and Pricing
Prices are expressed in MDL. The delivery fee is calculated automatically and detailed in the Delivery section. For distances greater than 1km, the standard taxi rate applies (30 MDL starting + 6.45 MDL/km).
4. Cancellation Policy
Perishable food products prepared to order can NOT be returned according to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Canceling an order is only possible by phone within the first 5 minutes of placing it.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Collected
We collect name, phone, email, and delivery address in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.
2. Purpose of Processing
The data is used strictly for processing the order, communicating delivery status, and improving the user experience on our platform.
3. GPS Coordinates
The application uses GPS location to calculate the delivery fee and to guide the courier to the exact address. This data is not permanently stored in our database.
4. User Rights
You have the right of access, intervention, and opposition to the data. For account and associated data deletion, contact us at munchotella@gmail.com.

Delivery Information
General Delivery Policy
The estimated delivery time is usually between 30 and 60 minutes. This time is approximate, and Munchotella is not responsible for delays caused by heavy traffic, unfavorable weather conditions, or other force majeure situations.
Walking Delivery
For locations in the immediate vicinity (under 1km distance from the preparation point). The applied fee is +20 MDL.
Taxi Delivery
An external taxi service is used. The rate is calculated automatically upon order completion according to the formula: 30 MDL starting + 6.45 MDL / km.
